Accurate merchant and product information

Danso Atelier’s public website, ordering journey, payment profile, order confirmation and invoice should identify the real merchant and accurately describe what is sold. Product names, materials, images, prices, currency, production timing and delivery treatment must not be manipulated to disguise a transaction or mislead a customer, payment provider or regulator.

Fair customer treatment

Customers receive accessible terms before payment, unticked legal acknowledgements, an order reference, support contact, tracked-dispatch information and statutory remedies. A personalised-goods withdrawal exception is not used to avoid responsibility for defects, non-conformity or late delivery.

Responsible payment operations

Payments use provider-hosted pages, exact catalogue totals and verified status events. Refund and dispute records are linked to the real order. The business does not promise that any policy guarantees payment-account approval or prevents all disputes; it commits to reducing confusion through truthful fulfilment and communication.

Data and security

Only information needed for an order, support, security or law should be collected. Card credentials must never be requested by email. Connected storefront access is authenticated, and source and order references are retained where needed for reconciliation rather than falsified.

Materials and supplier claims

A claim about origin, composition, sustainability, labour conditions or certification is made only where the atelier has a reasonable basis for it. This page is a statement of operating principles, not an environmental, social, quality or security certification.

Respect, accessibility and concerns

Service decisions must not use prohibited discriminatory grounds. Accessibility concerns, supplier concerns, misleading content or suspected security issues can be reported to contact@dansoatelier.com. The report will be reviewed and corrected where substantiated.
