Accessibility Statement
Our current accessibility approach, limitations and feedback channel.
Current approach
The public site is built with semantic headings, labelled form controls, keyboard-accessible links and buttons, a skip link, visible focus behaviour, responsive layouts and text alternatives for meaningful product images. Payment forms are provider-hosted and subject to the selected provider’s own accessibility work.
Known limitations
Colour and cloth are visual by nature; image descriptions cannot reproduce every material detail. Some long legal tables can require horizontal scrolling or zoom on a small screen. Third-party provider pages and carrier tracking pages are outside the direct control of the atelier. These are not excuses to ignore a reported barrier.
Requesting an alternative
If content, a form or an order step is difficult to use, email contact@dansoatelier.com with the page, device or assistive technology and the information or outcome needed. The atelier will seek a reasonable accessible alternative without charging extra for the alternative itself.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility feedback is reviewed alongside site changes. A future audit or material remediation will be reflected in a new statement version rather than described as complete before it occurs.
