Every commission follows a clear sequence. You approve the cloth, measurements, price and terms before payment; we keep you informed through production and dispatch.
Specification
You approve every choice.
Cloth, lining, cut, buttons and finishing are recorded in your order. Any premium supplement appears before you pay.
Construction
The pattern becomes yours.
Production currently takes 4 to 6 weeks after final approval of measurements and fabric. The clock begins only after final approval of measurements and fabric.
Fitting
Refined, never rushed.
One fitting and one seller-responsible alteration session are included. Customer measurement errors or later changes are quoted separately.
Delivery
A documented handover.
Tracked delivery in metropolitan France within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch; quoted separately for EU and international orders. You receive an invoice, a shipping confirmation and a tracking number.
