EN-2026.08.14-1 · Effective 14 August 2026
Intellectual Property
Permitted use of site content, designs, photography and customer materials.
Site and brand materials
Text, layout, visual identity, logos, garment descriptions, original illustrations, patterns and original photographs are owned by Ibrahim Danso or used with permission. Third-party photography remains subject to its licence and author rights; applicable attribution appears on the Photography Credits page.
Permitted personal use
Customers may view, print or save a reasonable copy of a policy, invoice or order confirmation for personal records. This does not grant a right to reproduce the collection, extract the catalogue at scale, reuse photographs commercially, copy patterns, impersonate the brand or remove attribution.
Customer materials
A customer retains rights in photographs, sketches or other material they provide. The customer grants the seller only the limited permission needed to quote, make, alter, deliver and support the commissioned piece. Customer material is not published for marketing without separate permission.
Design and specification boundaries
The atelier can refuse a request that appears to copy protected third-party branding, artwork or a counterfeit mark. General functional ideas or style preferences do not give either party ownership of rights that the law does not recognise.
Reporting an issue
Send a rights notice to contact@dansoatelier.com identifying the work, asserted right, location on the site, contact details and a good-faith explanation. A complete notice will be reviewed and appropriate action taken.
